100% Price Match Guarantee
If you find one of our products available for a lower price on another website, we will refund you 100% of the difference between the lower price and our price on TheShoeMart.com. We will even refund the difference if we lower the price on TheShoeMart.com within 10 days of your purchase!
Rules:
Offer applies only to items purchased through TheShoeMart.com website. Offer is not valid on items purchased in-store or through third party sellers.
Offer is valid for 10 days after purchase is made.
Offer is limited to one refund per month per customer.
Item must be in stock in the same style, size, width, and color that was purchased from TheShoeMart.com. Item must also be in new condition.
The lower priced item must be offered from an authorized dealer or business otherwise deemed legitimate by TheShoeMart. Auction sites and private event sales are excluded from this offer.
The final publicly advertised price that would have been paid at the other site, including shipping and tax, less any promotion, will be compared to the final price on your order with TheShoeMart.com and will be included when calculating the difference.
We do not price match outside of the United States.
To request your refund:
- Place an order for the item from TheShoeMart.com.
- Send an e-mail to support@theshoemart.com requesting your refund with (1) your order number, (2) the URL of the website on which you found the item at a lower price (3) instructions on how to find the item.
- Once your e-mail is received, we will verify the website on which you found the lower priced item .
- Once verified, our customer service team will send you an e-mail with your new, discounted total.
TheShoeMart reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of any online retailer whose website is referenced in a price match request.
