The second Reebok CrossFit Open Workout was
announced last night. 14.2 consists of 3 minute intervals, each with two rounds of overhead squats and chest-to-bar pull ups. The two rounds MUST be completed each within three minutes, and for each three minute interval, the number of reps increases. You can click here for the full details from The Games' website.
