A new offering from Alden this year, the Traveler Slip On boot is extremely versatile. This Alden boot offers both the formality and style of Alden dress shoes and boots with the same convenience of an Alden loafer. Our Custom Bootmaker Edition D8709 features the rich tones of genuine Color 8 Shell Cordovan and Antique edging for go-anywhere luxurious style. Alden's signature Waterlock outsole is soaked in oil to add water resistance in inclement weather.
Dubbed the "Traveler boot" by our staff because it is ideal for the man-on-the-go, this slip-on boot can be worn casually or with a suit. It is designed to be slipped on and off the foot, similar to the way a Chelsea boot is put on. However, the hidden elastic makes it much more professional than either a loafer or chelsea boot. This Alden boot hits slightly lower than the traditional Alden Chukka boot and is similar in height to a 5 or 6 eyelet oxford.

- Returns are usually refunded in 3-4 days upon delivery to our warehouse.

- My item has a defect. Can I get a free return label?
- Yes! The item must be unworn. We will gladly provide you a free exchange for a replacement item and cover the shipping both ways. Requests for a ‘refund’, not a replacement, will be required to pay return shipping since your return reason is something other than the defect reported.
- Can I change to a refund after selecting store credit?
- Yes, but since you received a free return label when selecting 'store credit' there is a $15 fee to cover the return shipping costs. This can only be done before the store credit has been used on another order.
- What payment method will be refunded for my return?
- Whatever payment method that was used to place the order will be refunded. This includes store credit.
- How much will my return cost if I don't want store credit?
- The shipping cost will be calculated when you request your return. Our discounted rates are used to ensure you pay a fair price.
- What if I want an exchange?
- No problem! Select ‘store credit’ when requesting your return. Once your return has been processed, use your store credit on a new purchase.
- If I paid for shipping will that also be refunded?
- No, unfortunately any outbound shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- What if I don't have a printer?
